Tanzanian singer Harmonize has sparked fresh reactions online after he was seen partying with a vixen who recently appeared in the music video that drew criticism from the National Arts Council of Tanzania (BASATA).
The latest clips circulating on social media show Harmonize enjoying himself alongside the woman during a night out, with many users linking the appearance to BASATA’s earlier objections to the music video.
BASATA flagged the video for what it described as inappropriate attire and lyrics, raising concerns that parts of the content did not align with Tanzanian values.
The controversy first emerged after BASATA issued directives concerning the video, including instructing that it be removed from YouTube and that Harmonize pay a fine.

The council’s concerns focused on both the language used in the lyrics and the attire featured in the production.
Harmonize was also told to stop participating in artistic activities until he fulfils the conditions that he was given after the matter.

However, as of the latest online discussions, the music video remains available on Harmonize’s official YouTube channel, with many social media users pointing out that it has not been taken down despite the earlier directive.
The singer has not publicly announced that he has removed the video, and there has been no official confirmation that the YouTube upload has been deleted following BASATA’s concerns.
