The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has secured the conviction of Vincent Odhiambo for trafficking 266.2 kilogrammes of Cannabis sativa, commonly known as bhang. In a notice dated September 26, the DPP said Odhiambo was convicted after the prosecution presented evidence linking him to the trafficking of the narcotic drug in Elgeyo Marakwet County. “The
