The National Youth Service (NYS) has announced internship opportunities for people living with disability.

NYS said the Company specializes in providing top-tier logistics solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of businesses in Kenya and East Africa.

The Service said the client has been at the forefront in the mentorship of women providing them with the guidance, knowledge, and opportunities they need to excel in a traditionally male-dominated field of transport and logistics.

In their quest to achieve this ,they have internship opportunities in the following areas; Business management, Driving, Logistics and supply chain management, Mechanics and Information communication Technology(ICT).

NYS Requirements

• NYS Graduates (Female).
• Excellent academic records.
• Diploma/craft/artisant/trade test certificate in the following fields, Business administration,Logistics and supply chain management,driving ,Information communication Technology(ICT).

“Automotive Engineering graduates with a bias in Heavy commercial for mechanics will become handy,” NYS said.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Terms and Condition of Internship

• The internship Program will run for six months.
• Interns will receive stipends of Ksh15,000.00 per month
• Possibility of absorption into the job based on their performance during the period.
