Centum Investment Company PLC which is the East Africa’s leading investment firm on both the Nairobi and Uganda Securities Exchange has announced internship opportunities for Finance interns.

The Company has announced opportunities for young professionals who are well equipped with skills and knowledge to support it’s Finance team during the launch of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities for Interns

Shortlisted interns will be very proactive in the role of migration and validation of financial data, supporting testing of the system and documentation process.

Additionally, they will also give assistance in developing training materials and user guides as this will initiate transition of new system to go smoothly.

During the go-live and stabilization phases attached to ERP system, interns will also be required to provide full support.

Qualifications Required

The company is targeting individuals with Bachelor of Business Information Technology degree, candidates who have completed CPA foundation level or ACCA level 1.

Candidates with experience in accounting software will be advantaged.

Another crucial requirement is skills in Microsoft Excel and other tools used in finance field.

Applicants must have good communication skills, integrity, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work collectively without supervision.
