The Social Health Authority (SHA) Board is has announced the appointment of sixteen new Deputy Directors and nine Principal Claims Management Officers.

In a statement, SHA said the appointments follow a competitive and transparent recruitment process that began on July 29, 2025.

“The newly appointed senior management team brings a wealth of invaluable experience that will be crucial in steering the Social Health Authority toward achieving its core mandate: providing financial risk protection for Kenyan residents and ensuring access to quality healthcare,” reads part of the statement.
