The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has announced the elimination of eight terrorists believed to have participated in the abductions and killings during the October 7 massacre in southern Israel.

In a statement on Thursday, the IDF confirmed that those killed were responsible for the abduction of Noa Argamani, Avinatan Or, and Eitan Mor, who were taken from the Nova music festival during the Hamas-led assault.

“The IDF eliminated the terrorists responsible for the abduction of Noa Argamani, Avinatan Or, and Eitan Mor from the Nova music festival,” the post read.

The military said the operation was part of ongoing efforts to target key figures involved in the attack, which left over 1,200 people dead and sparked the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

Key Figures Linked to October 7 Massacre

The IDF and Israel Security Agency (ISA) revealed that the eight slain militants were among those who infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 attacks.

“It can now be revealed that eight terrorists who infiltrated Israeli territory and took part in the brutal October 7th massacre, among them key terrorists involved in the murder and abduction of Israeli civilians, have been eliminated,” the statement added.

According to the IDF, intelligence and operational coordination between the army and the ISA have been instrumental in tracking down and neutralizing perpetrators of the attack.

Continued Efforts to Hunt Down Attackers

Throughout the ongoing conflict, Israeli forces have maintained that eliminating those behind the October 7 massacre remains a top priority.

“Throughout the war, the IDF and ISA worked to eliminate the terrorists who infiltrated Israeli territory and took part in the brutal massacre on October 7th,” the military said.

The statement underscores Israel’s continued determination to pursue justice for the victims of the massacre and to dismantle Hamas’s operational networks.

The IDF has not disclosed the exact location or timing of the operation, but security sources indicate that targeted missions of this nature are part of Israel’s broader counter-terrorism strategy in the Gaza conflict.
