Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has advertised three lucrative tenders.
KeNHA said there shall be mandatory pre-tender site visits, and the detailed tender notice shall be uploaded onto the KeNHA website.
“The Authority hereby invites bids from eligible contractors for the following tenders to be funded through the Development Vote,” KeNHA said.
The first tender is the Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Rumuruti-Mutara Nanyuki: Section 1 Rumuruti-Mutara Road.
KeNHA stated that the pre-tender site visits will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Rumuruti Town, JN A4/B152 Road.
The Authority has also advertised a tender for upgrading the Bitumen Standard of Rumuruti – Mutara – Nanyuki: Section 3, Nanyuki – Naibor Road.
Mandatory pre-tender site visits will be conducted on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00 am at JN A2/B22 Nanyuki, near Total Petrol Station.
Additionally, KeNHA has announced a tender for upgrading to the bitumen standard of the Masara-Muhuru Bay (B1) Road.

The Authority will hold mandatory pre-tender site visits on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:00 am at Masara Primary School JN, off Masara town, along Masara Muhuru Bay Road B1 Road.
The tenders will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM
They will be opened at KeNHA Headquarters, Barabara Plaza, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, Off Mazao Road, Block C-2nd Floor Board Room.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the KeNHA website or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) free of charge or from thE Offices, Supply Chain Management Department, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh1,000.00 in the form of a banker’s cheque payable to Kenya National Highways Authority.
Bidders are encouraged to download the tender documents from the above websites to minimize physical visits to KeNHA Offices.
“All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya National Highways Authority website: www.kenha.co.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP): www.tenders.go.ke for any tender addenda or clarifications that may arise before the submission date,” KeNHA said.
