The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) releases placement results for candidates seeking admission to universities, colleges, and TVET institutions across the country.
Once the results are announced, successful applicants are required to confirm their placement details to know the institution and course they have been assigned.
KUCCPS provides several official channels through which candidates can easily access and verify their placement results, both online and via mobile services.

Go to any Huduma Centre that offers KUCCPS services.
Tell the officer you’d like help checking your placement result.
They can access your placement details on the portal.
This is useful if you’re having difficulty logging in online.

If you’re having issues with any of the above:
Contact KUCCPS support via email or phone (details are usually listed on the KUCCPS official site).
Double-check you’re using the correct KCSE index number, exam year, and password.
Save or screenshot your placement page once confirmed.
After confirming, download your admission letter from the portal -it’ll be needed for registration.
