JKUAT Enterprise Limited has announced a job invitation for university graduates.
In a notice dated Wednesday, January 28, 2026, the company called on graduates to apply for the Young Professionals Program (YPP) on behalf of its client, a leading institution in the financial services sector.
According to the notice, the Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a competitive and intensive development initiative designed for high-achieving recent graduates.
This program offers participants the opportunity to rotate through core departments over a period of twenty-four (24) months.
JKUAT Enterprise Limited Opens Applications for Young Professionals Program
During this time, Young Professionals will gain practical experience, enhance their technical skills, and learn how the institution fulfils its mandate across various functions.
The program includes structured learning, on-the-job training, mentorship, performance evaluations, and a capstone project aligned to the institution’s strategic priorities.

What Successful Applicants Will Experience
- Strategic Rotations: Structured movement through key departments to build holistic policy and operational expertise.
- Executive Mentorship: Guidance from senior leaders within the Institution’s functional areas.
- Specialized Training: Access to technical courses in various fields like Econometrics, Data Science, Financial Modelling, data and AI etc.
- Capstone Project: Execution of a significant, cross-functional research project addressing a current strategic challenge for the Institution,
culminating in a presentation to the Executive Committee.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Additionally, the JKUAT Enterprise indicated the type of academic and professional qualifications applicants must meet, which includes the following:
1. A Bachelor’s degree with First-Class Honours from a reputable university in any of the following fields: Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Public Policy, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or any related discipline.
2. Strong academic record: Minimum B+ at O level/A level or its equivalent with B+ and above in Mathematics and English.
3. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning is an added advantage.

Technical Competencies
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of economic analysis, financial modelling, ICT systems, regulatory frameworks, or banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools.
- Ability to interpret and present data clearly.
