Financial and Property Consultants Limited (FAPCL )Group, a leading registered firm of valuers and estate agents established in 2010, has put several high-end properties across Nairobi and its environs up for sale, targeting high-end buyers and investors.
According to a notice dated Friday, February 27, 2026, among the properties on the market is a 2-acre plot in Old Kitisuru featuring a standalone house set amidst lush gardens, with an additional 1-acre plot adjacent also available.
In Old Runda, two units on 0.75-acre plots, each with a fully finished house and a swimming pool, have also been listed.
In Old Muthaiga, a 2.5-acre flat terrain plot is available, while a 1-acre front-row plot on James Gichuru Road is also on offer.
FAPCL Group has listed properties for sale, including 15 acres in Athi River zoned for light industrial use, 2.5 acres along Riverside Drive, and a 0.75-acre plot on Amboseli Lane in Lavington.

The company is also looking to acquire additional properties, specifically 10–15 acres for industrial purposes in Athi River, Lukenya, and Isinya, as well as land or homes in high-end residential areas such as Old Kitisuru, Old Muthaiga, Nyari, Loresho, Kyuna, Lower Kabete, and Old Runda.
