KeNHA also referenced an advisory from the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), which has “issued a road safety alert due to heavy rains, fog, and slippery road conditions.”
The agencies cautioned that the ongoing rains are likely to heighten the risk of accidents, especially in low-lying and flood-prone areas, while also causing traffic snarl-ups and possible temporary road closures.
