ODPP, CRA and Kibabii University Announce Job Vacancies

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA), and Kibabii University announced new job opportunities on March 31, 2026, offering a range of positions for qualified candidates across legal, administrative, academic, and support roles.

The ODPP has issued an addendum to its earlier advertisement dated March 10, 2026, inviting applications for two positions:

• Finance Officer (1 post)
• Driver II (15 posts),

This brings the total vacancies to 16.

In the notice, the Office reaffirmed its constitutional mandate, stating

“The Office shall have power to appoint, control and supervise its staff in a manner… necessary for the promotion of the purpose and the object for which the Office is established.”

The ODPP emphasized inclusivity in recruitment, noting:

“Persons with disability, Intersex and those from marginalized and minority communities are encouraged to apply.”

How to Apply for ODPP Jobs

Applications must be submitted online via the ODPP careers portal. The deadline has been extended to April 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (EAT).

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original identification and academic documents during interviews.

CRA Seeks CEO and HR Manager

The Commission on Revenue Allocation is looking to fill two senior positions:

• Chief Executive Officer
• Manager, Human Resource & Administration.

The Commission highlighted its constitutional role, stating,

“Its core mandate is to recommend the basis for equitable sharing of revenue… between the National and County Governments.”

Applicants are required to submit their applications physically, either by post or hand delivery, to the CRA offices at Prism Towers in Nairobi.

Application Guidelines for CRA Roles

The deadline for submission is April 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m..

The Commission cautioned applicants, stating,

“It is a criminal offence to present fake certificates and documents.”

Additionally, shortlisted candidates must meet Chapter Six requirements on leadership and integrity, including clearance from relevant authorities.

Kibabii University Advertises Teaching and Administrative Positions

Kibabii University has also announced multiple vacancies in both academic and administrative departments.

1. Teaching Positions

The university is seeking qualified candidates for Lecturer/Research Fellow roles in:

• Midwifery
• Medical Physiology / Human Anatomy / Medical Surgical Nursing

2. Administrative Positions

Open roles include:

• Accountant I
• ICT Officer III
• Assistant Supply Chain Management Officer
• Driver I (2 posts)

The institution encouraged inclusivity, saying;
