Kenyatta University has announced multiple job vacancies across several departments, with applications due by April 28, 2026, in a recruitment drive targeting academic and technical staff.
According to an official advertisement from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, the university is hiring for lecturer, senior lecturer, tutorial fellow, technician, and curatorial staff positions.
The openings span key departments such as Human Anatomy, Clinical Radiology and Imaging Services, Human Pathology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Family Medicine, Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sociology, Psychology, and Early Childhood and Special Needs Education.
Among the listed vacancies are lecturer positions in Human Anatomy, Human Pathology, Psychology, and Special Needs Education, as well as a senior lecturer role in Clinical Radiology and Imaging Services.
The university is also recruiting tutorial fellows in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sociology, and Psychology.
Technical roles include technicians in Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and a public address technician.
A curator position for a medicinal garden horticulturalist has also been advertised.
The institution stated that successful candidates will benefit from a comprehensive terms-of-service package, including a medical scheme, house allowance, and commuting allowance.
