The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced changes in the application for a Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
In a notice on October 24, KRA notified the public that it has enhanced the TCC application process to include compliance with eTIMS/TIMS for non-individual entities and individuals with income other than employment income.
“We have enhanced the Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) process to boost fairness, transparency & service delivery. Ensure you’re eTIMS/TIMS registered, file & pay on time, clear any arrears & stay VAT compliant. We are committed to making tax compliance easier through digital solutions, education, and collaboration,” KRA said.
