KenGen Announces Exit of 3 Board Directors, Including Two Former MPs

Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) PLC has announced the exit of three directors from its Board, including two former Members of Parliament. The outgoing directors are Hon. Alfred Agoi Masadia, former Sabatia MP; Hon. Rehema Hassan, former Tana River Woman Representative; and CPA Bernard Ngugi. In a notice dated Saturday, March 7, 2026, KenGen said
