Lake Basin Development Authority Denies Personal Ties to Irungu Nyakera

The Lake Basin Development Authority has released an official statement clarifying the ongoing dispute between them and Fairways Hospitality Kisumu, stating that the relationship between the two was strictly a commercial landlord-tenant issue. According to LBDA, the property in question was leased to Fairways Hospitality Kisumu Ltd under a formal agreement in 2019. LBDA says
