A police officer was shot dead in the early hours of Monday, November 3, 2025, during an attack at the Deputy County Commissioner’s (DCC) office in Lokori, Turkana County. Constable Chrispine Ouma was shot in the head and died instantly when unidentified assailants attacked the station around 4 a.m. The officer and a colleague were
