Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company Ltd (NCWSC) has announced 295 job vacancies across various departments as part of efforts to strengthen its workforce and improve service delivery across Nairobi.
In a notice released by the company on April 27, 2026, the water utility invites applications from qualified, competent, and experienced professionals to fill positions in engineering, technical services, legal services, operations, and support functions.
The company has stated that the recruitment is aimed at supporting team growth and enhancing reliability in water and sewerage services within Nairobi City County and its surrounding areas.
“The Company invites applications from qualified, competent, and experienced professionals for the following positions as part of team strengthening and growth,” the notice reads.
NCWSC advertised several officer-level positions on five-year renewable contracts targeting professionals in technical and corporate fields.
Other technical roles include meter testing technicians, leak scouting technicians, and flow measurement operators.
The company also listed a large number of positions under one-year renewable contracts, particularly targeting technical and field operations staff.
Additional roles are available for artisans, building assistants, survey assistants, leak detection operators, and flushing unit operators.
