Lynx Apartments on Ngong Road Placed Under Administration

Purchasers of apartments which are developed by The Lynx at Ngong Road Limited have been notified of an upcoming virtual meeting to receive an update on the status of the project, which is currently under administration.

According to a public notice on April 28 2026,which is issued under the Insolvency Act, No. 18 of 2015, the meeting is scheduled to take place on May 5,2026, at 11 a.m.

As of the notice the meeting will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams and is specifically curated for buyers of units that are situated on the property known as LR No. 209/400/2.

The notice states that the meeting will be conducted by the appointed administrator, CPA Kamal Bhatt Anantroy.

The Lynx Is Under Administartion

CPA Kamal is currently overseeing the affairs of The Lynx at Ngong Road Limited while it remains under administration.

The notice says the purpose of the meeting is to provide the purchasers with a status report regarding both the development and the ongoing administration process.

A Virtual Meeting Is Scheduled

Buyers who intend to participate have been requested to register in advance by sending their details to the administrator’s official email address to obtain meeting credentials.

This step is expected to facilitate orderly access to the virtual meeting and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are accommodated.

The development has been under administration, a process typically put in place when a company faces financial distress.

This allows an appointed administrator to manage its affairs, safeguard assets, and explore possible recovery options.

Questions To Be Asked In The Meeting

The notice further invites any claims, queries, or matters relating to the company to be formally addressed to the administrator through the provided contact details.

The administrator operates from Anant Bhatt LLP which is a firm of certified public accountants.
