The University of Eldoret (UOE) is advertising multiple academic and administrative positions in a notice published on May 5, 2026, inviting eligible candidates to apply.
UOE is hiring for positions including Senior Assistant Registrar (HR), Farm Manager, Lecturer, Tutorial Fellow, and Technologists.
For a candidate to be considered for employment at this institution, they will need to meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Kenyan Constitution.
This entails presenting all required clearance certificates, namely a certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), a certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), a certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), and a certificate of good conduct from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
A valid report from an Approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) is also a requirement.
Shortlisted candidates only will be contacted, and there is to be no direct or indirect canvassing, as anyone found doing so will be immediately disqualified.
Candidates will only be considered if they are hired in a proper electronic process; the application must be submitted in PDF format and emailed to vc.applications@uoeld.ac.ke.

The submission deadline is the 27th of May 2026 at midnight, and applicants are urged to include in their cover letter, in bold, both the position title applied for and the advert number.
Applications should also include a detailed Curriculum Vitae, certified copies of certificates, testimonial, a National Identity card or passport, and three letters of reference.
