Safaricom Issues Update on Fuliza Loan Deductions

Safaricom has announced disruption in Fuliza loan deductions following what it described as a technical hitch in its systems.

The mobile service provider confirmed the disruption, noting that the issue has affected customers relying on the popular overdraft service for daily transactions.

The company assured users that engineers are already working to resolve the glitch and restore normal operations.

“We have identified the problem and are taking steps to fix it as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience caused,” Safaricom Care said while addressing concerned clients.

The temporary suspension has left many Fuliza users unable to clear pending overdrafts or access additional funds. Safaricom urged customers to remain patient, adding that normal service will resume once the system stabilizes.

Some users also claimed that several M-PESA services have experienced problems since the recent system upgrade.

“All the services fully restored have a problem, right Safaricom?” a user named Elnas asked.

Safaricom responded: Hello Elnas , apologies for the experience. We are following up on this with utmost urgency and once resolved we shall advise. Apologies for inconvenience caused.
