Safaricom has unveiled a range of digital solutions aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve efficiency and adapt to a fast-changing business environment.

The solutions were showcased during a “Grow with Safaricom Business” event held on Friday, April 18, 2026, at Huawei offices, bringing together medium-sized enterprises from the education, healthcare, and insurance sectors.

“As more businesses adopt digital tools, many are discovering that the real challenge is not access to technology but getting systems to work together,” said the telecommunications giant.

The event is part of a wider nationwide rollout by Safaricom Business to equip enterprises with tools to enhance operations, boost resilience and ensure business continuity in a fast-changing digital environment.

During the session, businesses explored practical solutions including dedicated internet for reliable high-speed connectivity, managed Wi-Fi with analytics for better control, and fibre-to-the-room technology for stronger internal connectivity.

Other solutions showcased included SD-WAN for managing networks across multiple locations and 5G for businesses to support flexible, high-speed operations.

Safaricom also highlighted 5G for business as a flexible, high-speed option for enterprises with evolving connectivity needs.

Safaricom’s Chief Consumer Business Officer, Fawzia Ali, said practical demonstrations play a key role in helping businesses understand the value of such solutions.

“The most effective way to prove value to businesses is through practical demonstrations because when businesses see solutions in action, they understand their impact. And it all begins with connectivity; when that fails, everything else comes to a standstill,” she said.
