National Youth Service (NYS) has announced an overseas employment drive of 410 job openings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its graduates.

These positions are a part of NYS’s Employment Liaison Linkages program, which aims to match graduates with “decent employment opportunities.”

According to the report by the NYS Kenya on Sunday, December 14, 2025, the opportunities are with a reputable company in Saudi Arabia that has a strong presence across industries like industrial operations, retail operations, and logistics services.

“Our client, a reputable company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a strong footprint across industrial operations, retail operations and logistics services, is seeking to recruit qualified NYS graduates. These opportunities are ideal for candidates looking to advance their careers in a competitive international environment.” NYS Kenya said in a post.

The overseas jobs are being facilitated through a duly registered recruitment company in Kenya, acting on behalf of the Saudi Arabia-based client.

The approximate basic monthly salary range across all positions is between 1,450 SAR and 1,800 SAR for the positions of: Forklift Operators, Pickers and Fisheries Sales Associate (Fish Mongers).

Comprehensive Terms and Conditions for Employment

The employment package being offered is comprehensive, covering several critical areas for foreign workers:

Period of Employment: Successful candidates will receive a 2-year contract, with the possibility of renewal.

Location: The place of employment is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Travel and Documentation: The company will provide the Employment Visa and the Resident Permit. A round-trip Air Ticket (Kenya – KSA – Kenya) in Economy Class will be provided by the company every 2 years.

Fast-tracked processing is available for successful candidates who possess a passport.

Accommodation and Welfare: Accommodation and transport will be provided by the company, as will food allowance.

Medical and Uniform: Uniforms and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided, and the company will offer Group Life Insurance & Employers’ Liability. Medical insurance is not provided by the company.
