Motorists will access the Nairobi Expressway for free for two hours on Friday night following heavy rainfall that has caused flooding along the A8 Mombasa Road.
In a statement, Moja Expressway Company announced that all motorists would be allowed to use the toll road free of charge between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to help ease traffic congestion and support road users affected by the ongoing downpour.
The company said the decision was made after sections of Mombasa Road experienced flooding due to the heavy rains currently pounding parts of Nairobi.
