Nandi County Announces Over 324 Job Opportunities: How to Apply

The County Government of Nandi has advertised a list of job vacancies and is calling on eligible and qualified persons to apply for the following jobs.

Under the Department of Health and Sanitation, the county advertised 17 positions for Medical Officers.

This is with a consolidated monthly pay of Ksh 150,000, four positions for Registered Clinical Officer II with a consolidated salary of Ksh 50,000, and 50 positions for Registered Nurse II, also earning a consolidated salary of Ksh 50,000.

Additionally, 10 Nursing Officer I positions were advertised with a consolidated monthly salary of Ksh 70,000, alongside 11 vacancies for Enrolled Nurse II on permanent and pensionable terms.

Department Of Health And Sanitation

The department also announced two positions for Medical Laboratory Officer, three vacancies for Medical Laboratory Technologist III, and two positions for Nutrition and Dietetics Officer.

One vacancy was announced for the Health Records and Information Management Officer I position, alongside two openings for Health Records and Information Management Assistant III and two positions for Medical Engineering Technologist III.

Further job opportunities include 10 vacancies for Clerical Officer II, eight positions for Human Resource Management Assistant III, and 10 Senior Support Staff positions.

The department also advertised one vacancy for Medical Social Worker II, two for Medical Social Worker III, three for Orthopaedic Trauma Technologist III under CPSB 11, and four positions for Health Administration Officer I.

Department of Administration, Public Service and ICT

In the Department of Administration, Public Service and ICT, the county advertised one position for Director of Human Resource Management and Development on a five-year contract basis.

The department also listed 10 vacancies for Public Communications Officer I, six positions for Public Communications Officer II, and four for Public Communications Officer III.

Additional vacancies include one position for Senior Records Management Officer, four positions for Records Management Officer I, and seven positions for Principal Administrative Officer on re-advertisement.

Nandi County also announced three vacancies for Administrative Officer II and five for Administrative Officer III.

Further opportunities were listed for five Information and Communication Technology Officer I positions, one Information and Communication Technology Officer III position, and 14 Security Warden I positions.

Department of Finance and Economic Planning

Within the Department of Finance and Economic Planning, four vacancies were advertised for Economist II, alongside one position for Deputy Chief Economist.

The county also listed four positions for Senior Accountant and three for Finance Officer II.

In addition, 10 vacancies were announced for Supply Chain Management Assistant III  11, four openings for Supply Chain Management Officer I, and another four for Senior Supply Chain Management Officer.

The department also advertised two positions for Chief Internal Auditor and three vacancies for Finance Officer III.

Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, Environment and Climate Change

The Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing, Environment and Climate Change advertised one position for Assistant Director of Physical Planning and one for Principal Physical Planner.

A further vacancy was listed for Land Valuer on re-advertisement and another for Assistant Director of Land Survey.

The department also announced one position for Geospatial Data Management Officer I  and five vacancies for Environment Officer I.

Additional openings include one position for Records Management Officer I, five vacancies for Clerical Officer II, four for Water Operator II, six for Water Meter Reader I, and five Senior Support Staff positions.

Department of Culture, Gender and Social Welfare

The county advertised five positions for Cultural Officer I, four vacancies for Gender and Social Development Officer I , and two positions for Social Welfare Officer III.

Department of Trade, Tourism, Industrialization, and Enterprise Development

Nandi County listed four vacancies for Trade Development Officer II, one position for Tourism Officer I, and two positions for Tourism Officer II.

One additional vacancy was advertised for Trade Development Officer I (Weights and Measures).

Department Of Agriculture And Cooperative Development

This department has advertised five job vacancies, which include 12 Agricultural officer I,1 Engineer II(Agricultural Engineer), 8 assistant Agricultural officer III, 2 Veterinary Officers, and 2 Administrative Officer II.

The Department of Transport and Infrastructure advertised a total of two job vacancies, which include 1 Land Surveyor II and 2 Artisans(Welding).

Office Of The County Attorney has only one vacancy, which is 1 Legal Clerk Assistant II.

Department of Education and Vocational Training also has one vacancy for 4 senior support staff.

Kaimosi Agricultural Training Centre

This department is offering a total of five vacancies. These include 2 Agricultural Officer I,2 Assistant Officer III and 1 Clerical Officer II.

Has advertised a total of seven job vacancies, and they are: Assistant Director Human Resource Management and Development, 2 Human Resource Management Officer I,1 Records Management Officer III,1 Assistant Legal Services,1Legal Officer, and lastly 1 ICT Officer.
