Skyward Airlines Announces Customer Service Agent (Call Centre) Jobs: How to Apply

Skyward Airlines has announced new job openings for the position of Customer Service Agent (Call Centre). The airline has invited qualified and experienced professionals in the aviation and travel industry to apply.

It says the recruitment aims to strengthen its Commercial team and improve overall customer service delivery across its operations.

The airline is targeting candidates who can handle high-pressure customer environments. In addition, it seeks individuals who can manage airline reservations efficiently and support passengers during various travel disruptions.

Requirements for Applicants

Applicants must have the following:

  • Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an airline call centre, travel agency, or aviation customer service environment
  • Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Zenith
  • Strong understanding of reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and refunds
  • Ability to manage flight disruptions such as delays, cancellations, and rebooking
  • Fluency in English and Swahili (additional languages will be an advantage)

The airline emphasized that technical competence in airline systems remains critical.

The airline further noted that successful candidates will join its Commercial team. They will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings and assist passengers throughout their travel journey.
