State House Announces Multi-Million Tenders for Catering, Fuel, Travel Services; How to Apply

State House has called upon interested and eligible firms to submit sealed tender documents for Framework Agreement Tenders covering the financial years 2026–2027 and 2027–2028.

The tender opportunities are open across several service and supply businesses intended to support State House operations.

Tender Numbers and Description

The listed tenders include the Provision of Outside Catering Services (Tender No. SH/FA/001/2026–2028), followed by Provision of Audio Visual and Sound Services (SH/FA/002/2026–2028) and Provision of Tents and Accessories (SH/FA/003/2026–2028).

Additionally, State House seeks suppliers for Meat and Meat Products (SH/FA/004/2026–2028) and Fruits and Vegetables (SH/FA/005/2026–2028).

Furthermore, the tender categories cover the Supply and Delivery of Fuels, Oils and Lubricants (SH/FA/006/2026–2028). Finally, firms may also apply for the Provision of Travel and Air Ticketing Services (SH/FA/007/2026–2028).

Bid Security and Eligibility of the Tenders

Most of the tenders are classified as open tenders and require a bid security of Ksh. 1,000,000.00 apart from the tender for fuels, oils and lubricants, which requires Ksh. 1,000,000.00 for fuels and Ksh. 200,000.00 for oils and lubricants.

The tenders for the supply and delivery of fruits and vegetables, as well as travel and air ticketing services, do not require bid security. Additionally, these categories are exclusively reserved for AGPO preference groups, including Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD).

Eligible bidders may download complete tender documents free of charge from the State House website (www.president.go.ke) and the government procurement portal (www.tenders.go.ke).

Firms or individuals that download the documents are required to submit their company particulars/ details to supplychain@president.go.ke for purposes of recording and communication regarding clarifications if any.
