“On Kenya Airways, we allow travelers to initiate bookings in two main ways: through the official website or by contacting the sales team directly,” KQ stated.

To book as an online group traveler, travelers should navigate the Kenya Airways website and click the “Plan” tab.

Following the click, choose “Group Booking,” then click the ” Book Group Travel Now” button.

An online form pops up where the Kenya Airways teams seek to gather details to allow them to work on your group booking and give a quoted price.

Once you have a quoted price from the teams, it is a procedure for you to agree on the quote, submit payment details, and then give all details to your group members.
