It’s Over: Zuchu Announces Divorce From Diamond Platnumz

Zuchu has announced her separation and divorce from Diamond Platnumz after six years together, saying she is now focusing on healing, her health, and her career.

In an emotional post on her social media platforms, she says that they are going through a divorce and she wishes Diamond all the best.

“Mimi na aliekua mwenzangu; we are now separated and going through a divorce,” she said in her statement.

Rumors of their relationship began in 2020 when Zuchu joined Wasafi, but the two always denied, saying they are not in a romantic relationship.

The two Tanzanian celebrity couples have been together for six years; they started their relationship and put it in the limelight in November 2022.

Their relationship was one of East Africa’s most followed celebrity romances, with fans always keeping an eye on their social media, music and also public appearances.

Additionally, she said that they tried to make it work, but God had other plans and she is accepting the situation as it is.

She did not disclose any reasons for their separation and divorce, but she did ask for privacy during this time in order to focus on her healing.

Diamond, on the other hand, has not said anything to confirm or deny what Zuchu has announced to the public.
