IGRTC Invites Suppliers to Register for 2026–2028 Procurement Opportunities

The Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) has invited eligible suppliers to apply for prequalification and registration to provide goods, works and services for the 2026–2028 procurement period.
In a notice dated July 14, IGRTC said successful applicants will be eligible to provide goods, works and services between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2028.
“Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee intends to Prequalify/Register suppliers for the provision of various goods, works and service for the period 2026-2028 (1 July, 2026 to 30th June 2028),” read part of the notice.
IGRTC Invites Businesses to Apply for Supplier Prequalification
According to the agency, the prequalification exercise covers 31 procurement categories grouped under the supply of goods, provision of services, and maintenance and repair works.
The categories include the supply of office stationery, computer equipment and accessories, office furniture, hardware and electrical items, staff uniforms, motor vehicle spare parts, batteries, branded promotional materials and airtime.

IGRTC is seeking service providers in areas such as travel and air ticketing, catering, general printing, conference facilities, courier services, legal services, consultancy and training, transport hire, fumigation and pest control, as well as documentary production and media services.
In addition, applications have been invited for maintenance and repair services covering buildings, office equipment, computer networks, electronic appliances and motor vehicles.
Additionally, some categories have been reserved for Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) groups, while others remain open to all eligible suppliers.

How to Apply
Interested suppliers can download the prequalification documents free of charge from the IGRTC website and the Public Procurement Information Portal.

IGRTC said completed prequalification documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant category number and item description before being submitted to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
The documents should be deposited in the tender box located at Parklands Plaza, Chiromo Lane, Fourth Floor, Nairobi, on or before Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
IGRTC further noted that suppliers currently registered with the committee must reapply, as existing registrations will not be carried forward to the 2026–2028 prequalification period.
