JSC Announces Job Openings and 201 Internship Opportunities for Graduates

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has invited qualified Kenyans to apply for various tribunal positions and 201 Graduate and Diploma internship opportunities before the August 13, 2026, application deadline.

In a notice dated July 23, the Commission said the process seeks to recruit chairperson, deputy chairperson and member positions across various tribunals, alongside 201 Graduate and Diploma internship opportunities, as part of its mandate to promote the independence and accountability of the Judiciary.

“The Judicial Service Commission (ISC) is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 to promote and facilitate the independence and accountability of the Judiciary and the efficient, effective and transparent administration of justice. The Commission invites applications from qualified persons to fill the positions of,” rhr read part of the notice.

How to apply

Interested and qualified candidates are required to submit their applications through the JSC jobs portal, where detailed job descriptions, qualification requirements and application instructions are available.

The Judicial Service Commission further noted that applicants must submit their applications no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

In addition, the Commission noted that only shortlisted and successful candidates will be contacted.

The Judicial Service Commission cautioned applicants against canvassing in any form, warning that doing so will lead to automatic disqualification.

The Commission also reiterated that it is an Equal Opportunity Employer, adding that recruitment is conducted on merit through fair and open competition.

Additionally, JSC reminded applicants that its recruitment process is completely free of charge, urging the public to remain vigilant against fraudsters claiming to offer employment opportunities for a fee.
