Bahati Finally Sets Wedding Date With Diana Marua After 10 Years Together

Kenyan musician Kevin Bahati has once again reignited conversations around his long-awaited wedding to content creator Diana Marua as they set a date for their wedding.
Bahati announced on his social media platforms that their wedding is set for November 6, 2026, to finally formalise their union.
He has for years spoken about planning to wed Diana in a grand wedding ceremony despite them being together for ten years, but they are not officially married.
His latest announcement has once again put their much-anticipated wedding in the spotlight, with him saying that seats for those wishing to attend the ceremony could cost as much as Ksh1 million each.
Wedding Ceremony
The singer has previously described his planned wedding as an extraordinary celebration that will spare no expense.
In May 2026, Bahati disclosed that he was planning a wedding with a budget of approximately KSh100 million after Diana questioned why they had been together for years without having a formal wedding ceremony.

Additionally, the couple has also shared more details about the scale of the celebration.
In June, Bahati said the wedding would not be limited to a single ceremony but would instead run for 10 days under the theme “Decade of Love.”
Years They Have Been Together
The wedding has been a recurring subject in the couple’s public conversations, with Diana previously expressing frustration over repeated promises without a ceremony taking place.
In May, she questioned Bahati on why he had not formally married her despite their long relationship, while the musician maintained that he wanted to organise a wedding that matched the scale he had envisioned.
In addition, the couple had previously announced October 2025 as their wedding date, but the ceremony did not take place as initially announced.
Bahati has since continued to promise Diana a bigger celebration.
This latest announcement has therefore renewed public interest in when the couple will finally walk down the aisle and whether the extravagant plans they have repeatedly discussed will become a reality.
