Access Bank Kenya Announces New Headquarters Location

Access Bank Kenya has announced that it will relocate its headquarters to a new location on Harambee Avenue in Nairobi, effective August 31, 2026.
In a notice dated August 4, the bank said its head office will move from the 11th Floor, The Address, to the 2nd Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue as part of efforts to strengthen its operations and enhance customer service.
“Dear Customer, Please be advised that Access Bank (Kenya) PLC will relocate its Head Office from the 11th Floor, The Address, to the 2nd Floor, National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, effective 31 August, 2026,” read part of the notice.

The bank said the new office location is expected to provide a better working environment while supporting the delivery of customer-focused banking services.
“This is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening how we work and enhancing the service we provide to you,” the bank stated.
The bank further assured customers that the relocation will not disrupt banking services, adding that all branches and digital platforms will continue operating normally throughout the transition.
In addition, Access Bank said relationship managers and customer service teams will remain available to customers, with no interruption to the services they rely on.
“Please be assured that the relocation will not affect your banking in any way. All our branches, digital banking channels, relationship managers and customer service teams will continue operating as usual, with no interruption to the services you rely on,” the notice stated.

New Office Set to Support Collaboration Among Employees
According to the bank, the new head office has been designed to provide an enhanced working environment that promotes greater collaboration among employees.

Access Bank Kenya said the move will enable it to continue delivering innovative and customer-focused banking experiences to its customers.
The bank also advised customers who require assistance during the transition to contact their relationship managers or reach its Customer Contact Centre.

Meanwhile, Access Bank Kenya thanked customers for their continued trust and support, saying it looks forward to serving them from its new head office beginning August 31, 2026.
