Kenyan Man Sees Dust as Lady Records Him Struggling to Shoot His Shot

A Kenyan man has become the subject of online discussion after a video showing him unsuccessfully trying to ‘shoot his shot’ at a lady surfaced on social media.

The video, which has been widely shared across social media, captures the young man approaching a woman who was recording during the interaction.

The man started a conversation and seemingly expressed his interest in her, while the lady continued filming the exchange.

The man then asks for the lady’s number, and the lady refuses, saying she will give him a call another time because she was currently busy.

The Lady Was Recording The Interaction

“Number ntakupea next time,” She says in the video.

The lady, however, appears uninterested and maintains a calm tone throughout the interaction.

The lady continued recording as she explained to the man hitting on her that she has a boyfriend.

“Mimi niko na boyfriend,” she says.

The Man Was Not Giving Up

The man, however, appeared persistent and did not give up even after the lady told him that she has a boyfriend.

He went ahead to ask the lady to take a selfie with him, while the lady responded in a rather sarcastic tone, asking him which phone he uses.

“Unatumia simu gani?” she asked him which translates to “which phone do you use”?

Rejection

The man was finally left there hanging as the lady refused his advances.

On the other hand, the man asked what the lady’s tribe was and the lady kept on insisting that her tribe does not matter.

Further into their conversation, the man kept on telling the lady that he wanted a girlfriend, and the lady gave him hope that he would find the one someday.

“You will find,” She told him.

The lady kept on telling him that she was busy and they would have a chat next time because she stays around where they met.
