Nairobi National Polytechnic Invites Suppliers to Register for 2026/2027–2028 Tenders

The Nairobi National Polytechnic has invited registered and qualified firms to apply for supplier registration for the provision of goods, services, and works during the 2025–2027 financial period.
According to a notice issued by the Ministry of Education’s State Department for Vocational and Technical Training, the institution said the registration exercise will create a list of eligible suppliers who can participate in future procurement opportunities.
“The Nairobi National Polytechnic invites registered and qualified firms for the supply of goods, services and works for the Financial Year 2026/2027-2028,” the notice stated.
The Nairobi National Polytechnic has provided interested firms with options to access the registration documents through its Procurement Office and online platforms.
“Registration Documents may be obtained from the Polytechnic’s Procurement Office during working hours or may be downloaded from the Polytechnic’s website: www.nairobipoly.ac.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. The Polytechnic encourage firms to register with EGP,” the notice read.
Submission Requirements for Nairobi National Polytechnic Supplier Registration
The institution has outlined the requirements that firms must meet when submitting their registration documents.
Applicants are required to submit duly completed and paginated documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the registered number and name.
“Duly completed and paginated Registration documents to be submitted in a plain sealed envelope properly marked with Registered Number and Name should be addressed to: The Chief Principal, The Nairobi National Polytechnic, P.O. Box 30039-00100 Nairobi,” the notice stated.

Deadline and Opening of Documents
The Nairobi National Polytechnic has set Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 10:00 am as the initial cut-off date for submission of registration documents.
“All Documents should be deposited in the Registration Box at the Main Administration Block, for the initial cut-off will be Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 10.00 AM, and the Registration documents will still be available for continuous registration. Document opening will be done immediately thereafter in the ICT Board Room,” the notice added.

The Nairobi National Polytechnic has also encouraged youth, women, and People Living with Disabilities to participate in the supplier registration exercise.
The registration exercise targets suppliers who want to provide goods, services, and works to the institution during the 2025–2027 financial period.
