Man sends social media into a frenzy after he is seen in a video giving a small child what is suspected to be marijuana.

In the video widely circulated online, the man is giving a small child who is approximately seven months old marijuana to smoke as he also smokes.

Another person who is supposedly recording the video is suspected to be the mother of the child, who is recording while laughing.

The man giving the small child marijuana is giving her while laughing about the matter; in the video, he seems to be already high.

The video has since sparked widespread condemnation across social media, with many users calling on authorities to investigate the incident and ensure the safety of the child.
