According to the notice, water disconnection exercise will commence effective on October 15th 2025.
This move from the company aims to recover all the overdue arrears from all defaulting consumers.
The Company said the disconnection exercise will not spare any of the consumers.

“Reconnections will only be processed upon full settlement of outstanding balances,” Nairobi Water said.
Payments should be made through NCWSC’s authorized channels, including M-Pesa Pay Bill 444400, the NCWSC customer portal, partner banks, and official pay points.
The Company said no institution or consumer is exempt from the enforcement measures.
