A woman identified as Muthoni from Kasarani is receiving treatment at Uzima Uhai Hospital after she was allegedly attacked by three men on the night of May 15, 2026, according to a report.

The report claims the men assaulted Muthoni, poured petrol on her, and set her on fire.

It alleges the attack occurred after the men took her from the Kanamba joint at Kasarani establishment to an undisclosed location.

The report claims the men identified themselves as police officers.

“She was allegedly attacked by three men who gave her kichapo cha umbwa msikitini before pouring petrol on her and setting a blaze,” the post reads. “She’s now receiving treatment at Uzima Uhai Hospital.”

Assault Allegations, Unconfirmed Police Involvement, and Political Speculation

The National Police Service had not confirmed the involvement of officers in the incident as of press time and no official statement had been issued by Nairobi police or the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

It was not immediately clear whether a report had been filed or if investigations had been opened.

Images shared with the post show the woman with visible burn injuries and receiving treatment in a hospital bed.

The extent of her injuries and her current condition have not been confirmed by medical authorities.

The post states Muthoni recently made headlines for getting a tattoo of President William Ruto with the words “Kumi bila break.”

Alleged Personal Relationship Motive for Attack

Other claims circulating online suggest the attack was related to personal relationships with married men in Kasarani.

These allegations remain unverified and have not been corroborated by police.

“Ladies, leave married men alone; your fellow woman will hire people to send you to Sayuni prematurely,” the post warned.

Authorities stated that no arrests had been announced in connection with the incident and that DCI has not started the investigations
