Shock as Baby Found Buried, Covered in Blood but Still Alive

Residents of Kabete were shocked by the discovery of a baby buried alive on a farm, completely covered in blood but alive and breathing.
From the accounts of the residents, the baby was found buried halfway in a farm in very mysterious circumstances.
Reports indicate that people saw movement in the grave where the baby was lying.
They rushed to the scene, removed the infant and took necessary emergency action.
Police have already started investigations to find out who buried the baby and what really happened before the baby was saved.
They will also interview the witnesses of the incident as well as inspecting the site where the baby was discovered.
Reactions from Kabete Residents and Other Kenyans
There were various reactions to the occurrence through social media, as most Kenyans expressed sadness, shock, and fury at the forsaking of the baby.
Some users called for justice while others appealed to well-wishers to support the child after the rescue.
“Please link me up with the baby I take over from there…Everything sorted for life,” Instagram user @Kinyua_jr wrote.

Another Instagram user, @sheekow_mwaniki, expressed heartbreak over the incident, saying, “Oh Lord, work on our hearts. May we be human again.”
Instagram user @ivyonne_actress questioned the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy and abandonment.
“Jesus, why keep the pregnancy then? Why even allow yourself get pregnant if you don’t want to have a baby?” Ivyonne questioned.
Others condemned the act in stronger terms as calls for accountability intensified online.
Instagram user @mike.kilo.fox wrote, “Animals live among us dressed as humans.”
On X, user @Lawrencekitema stated, “Humanity lost meaning.”
Another X user, @MicrobesKE, shared an update on the child’s condition, writing, “She is at Kihara Hospital.”

Police Investigations Underway
Police officers are now working to identify the person responsible for abandoning the infant.
Investigators are expected to gather statements from residents involved in the rescue as authorities seek answers surrounding the shocking discovery.
Officers are yet to issue a statement regarding the baby.
