‘I’ve Given Up’: Kanyari Speaks After Children Return to Stepfather Tash

Controversial preacher Pastor Victor Kanyari has confirmed that his two children, Danny and Sky, are back under the care of their stepfather, Hiram Gitau, widely known as Tash.

Kanyari shared the two children with the late singer Betty Bayo, who later got married to Tash.

Speaking during a phone interview, Kanyari said that the children were picked up directly from school.

“They took my kids from school. Betty had written him and Tash as the guardians,” Kanyari said

He stated that the late Betty Bayo had officially listed both herself and Tash as the children’s legal guardians before her death.

Kanyari maintained that he continues to financially support the children by paying for their housing and schooling expenses, including a recent Ksh 100,000 budget.

Despite being advised by content creator Shiru wa Okaland to legally contest the custody arrangement, Kanyari insisted that he wants to handle the situation quietly to avoid public escalation.

Kanyari was recently happy that he had gotten custody of his two children after a long time of not staying with them.

Children Back to Tash

After only a short period of time, the children are back with their stepfather. Kanyari says that he has given up and he is going to let the matter be.

“I’m exhausted now. I’ve left the children with a clean heart because it seems like they don’t even want me anymore,” pastor Kanyari said.

This matter has been circulating on social media after Kanyari accused Tash of wanting to marry his daughter, Sky.

This is also the same day Kanyari threatened to expose what happened to Betty Bayo and what killed her.

Netizens have since advised Kanyari to go take his children away from their stepfather, and he did.

Social media personalities such as Milly Wajesus have advised Kanyari’s daughter, Sky, to stop listening to what people are saying to her.

Some netizens have been telling Sky some hurtful words, and she has been responding to them in TikTok live. Milly told her that she is supporting her and she loves her.
