Matthew Wahome Hopes Home Advantage Pays Off

Home favourite Matthew Wahome returns to Nyali full of confidence after one of his best performances of the season at Limuru.

The local professional believes playing on his home course gives him an opportunity to build on his recent form despite the pressure of competing in front of home fans.

“I am pleased with how I performed at Limuru, especially after a challenging start to the season. That result has given me a lot of confidence as I head into Nyali, my home course,” Wahome said.

He added,”Competing at home comes with high expectations and added pressure, but I am optimistic about putting in a strong performance. I am looking to build on the momentum from the last leg and deliver an even better result this week.”
