Oasis Mental Health Centre to Operate Under New Name From August

Oasis Mental Health Ltd has officially announced a change of name and will begin operating as Peponi Road Wellness Center from August 1, 2026.
In a notice dated July 23, the mental health facility informed clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders that the name change applies to its facility located on Peponi Road in Westlands.
“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public, esteemed clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities and stakeholders that the facility formerly known and operating as OASIS MENTAL HEALTH LTD, located at PEPONI ROAD WESTLANDS, has officially changed its name. Effective from IST August 2026, the facility will be known, registered. and addressed as PEPONI ROAD WELLNESS CENTER,” read part of the notice.
Oasis Mental Health Changes Name to Peponi Road Wellness Center
Oasis Mental Health clarified that the transition involves a change of name only and does not affect its ownership, management, services or physical location.
According to the notice, the management team, ownership structure, core operations and premises will remain the same despite the rebranding.
The facility also assured clients and business partners that all existing contracts, agreements and obligations entered into under the former name will remain valid and unaffected.
“Please note that this is a change of name only. The management, ownership, core operations and physical location of the facility remain unchanged,” the notice stated.

In addition, the facility requested clients, suppliers, service providers and other stakeholders to update their records to reflect the new name.
Oasis Mental Health further advised that all future correspondence, invoices and legal documents should be addressed using its new name once the change takes effect.
Meanwhile, the management encouraged anyone seeking clarification about the transition to contact the facility’s administration for further assistance.

Oasis Mental Health Ltd is a private Level 4 hospital located along Peponi Road in Westlands, Nairobi, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and other mental health conditions.
The facility offers outpatient care, inpatient treatment, psychotherapy, alcohol detoxification and medication management, supported by a team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals.
