Relief for Motorists as NCBA Introduces Digital Motor Insurance on LOOP

NCBA Group has introduced an integrated private motor insurance solution on the LOOP App, allowing customers to complete the insurance process digitally, from comparing quotes to purchasing and renewing cover.

In a notice dated September 18, 2026, NCBA said the new service allows customers to access key motor insurance services through a single digital platform.

NCBA Adds Motor Insurance Services to LOOP App

Through the LOOP App, customers can compare motor insurance quotes before completing the underwriting process and purchasing their preferred cover.

According to NCBA, the platform also allows motorists to renew existing policies and access their insurance documents without having to use multiple platforms.

The service is designed to provide an end-to-end digital motor insurance experience within the LOOP ecosystem.

NCBA said the new solution was developed through a collaboration between LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance, both subsidiaries of NCBA Group.

The partnership brings together the Group’s digital and insurance capabilities to simplify access to motor insurance services.

The Group said integrating motor insurance into LOOP allows customers to complete the entire private motor insurance journey within one digital platform.

By enabling customers to complete the entire private motor insurance journey within the LOOP App, we are simplifying a process that has traditionally required multiple touchpoints and significant paperwork,” NCBA stated.

LOOP Expands Access to Insurance Services

NCBA said the latest development forms part of its wider digital transformation journey, which focuses on delivering financial services that are simpler, faster and more accessible.

The Group said the collaboration between LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance demonstrates the benefits of an integrated digital ecosystem.

“This collaboration between LOOP DFS and NCBA Insurance demonstrates the strength of our integrated ecosystem in bringing essential services closer to customers,” NCBA stated.

It noted that the new service is intended to enhance convenience while giving customers access to insurance services through a platform they already use.

Meanwhile, in addition to purchasing and renewing motor insurance, customers will be able to access their policy documents directly through the LOOP App.

NCBA said the end-to-end service is part of its efforts to make financial and insurance services more seamless for customers.
