“I Haven’t Enjoyed It Yet”: Rapudo Reacts to Amber Ray’s New Look After Turkey Surgery

Kennedy Rapudo has given a cheeky response when asked whether he is happy with Amber Ray’s new look after her cosmetic procedures in Turkey.

Speaking during a conversation with Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwuor, popularly known as Jalang’o, Rapudo recalled questioning Amber’s decision before she travelled for the procedures.

” She (Amber) was already beautiful even before she went there. I was asking her, ‘What are you going to do there? You are already beautiful.’” Rapudo said.

When asked whether he was now enjoying the results, Rapudo responded with another playful remark.

“I haven’t enjoyed it yet; I haven’t tasted it yet.”

Amber Ray’s cosmetic journey in Turkey

Amber travelled to Turkey on September 2, 2026, after previously announcing plans for breast augmentation. She described the trip as a long-awaited personal transformation and arrived in Istanbul to begin treatment at Mono Cosmetic Surgery.

Breast augmentation was part of Amber’s original plan, with the influencer previously explaining that she wanted to restore fullness after breastfeeding. She had also planned to undergo Lipo 360, a body-contouring procedure targeting fat around the midsection.

Her treatment eventually involved three procedures during one operation: breast augmentation, 360-degree liposuction and a calf fat transfer. Fat removed through liposuction was used for the calf enhancement after her doctor suggested the procedure during consultation.

Amber later clarified that she did not undergo a Brazilian Butt Lift. She said she was satisfied with her natural backside and instead opted for the calf transfer to alter the shape of her lower legs.

The operation lasted about six hours, with Amber later describing the period immediately after waking from anesthesia as particularly painful. She rated the pain at 9 out of 10 and described experiencing intense discomfort before her recovery improved.

Despite the difficult start, Amber later told her followers that her recovery had been smoother than she expected. After being discharged from the clinic, she moved to a hotel to continue recovering while completing the remaining treatment.

Amber also underwent dental work

Her Turkey trip extended beyond the body procedures, with Amber also undergoing cosmetic dental treatment.

Revealing that 21 teeth were being worked on at an estimated cost of Ksh 44,000 per tooth, putting the reported dental bill at approximately Ksh 924,000.

She explained that the dental work was cosmetic and that there was nothing wrong with her teeth.

Amber remained in Turkey for several weeks as she recovered and completed the dental treatment before travelling back to Kenya.

On her return, Rapudo went to the airport at about 2am with a large bouquet of flowers to welcome her home. Amber shared footage of their reunion on Instagram Stories, thanking him for the gesture.
