Morara and New Wife Pauline’s Video Sparks Reactions Amid Past Marital Drama

Kenyan political activist Morara Kebaso has attracted attention online after his new wife, Pauline Morara, shared a video of the couple spending time together over the weekend.

Pauline posted the video on TikTok, showing the couple stepping out on Sunday, September 20, and enjoying a weekend outing.

The video showed Morara and Pauline together in their outfits as they spent time together.

The video quickly drew reactions from Kenyans, with many focusing on Morara’s relationship history and his highly publicised fallout with his former wife, Mercy Makini.

Kenyans React to Morara and Pauline’s Video

The comment section attracted mixed reactions, with some users congratulating Morara on his new relationship while others brought up his previous marriage.

One Kenyan described the relationship as an “upgrade” and congratulated Morara on his new wife, while another urged him to reconsider his previous relationship and work to rebuild his family.

“This is an Upgrade; I am happy for you, bro,” Raini Omare said
“Morara should learn from Bosco Kabati. Go back to his wife, restrategize and rebuild,” Rock Fashions stated.

In addition, others defended the couple, arguing that Morara and Pauline should be allowed to move on and live their lives without constant comparisons with his former relationship.

However, some urged Morara to continue supporting his former wife and their children despite the end of their relationship while advising him to keep his new relationship away from unnecessary public drama.

Several Kenyans also said the couple appeared happy together and urged social media users to give them space to build their relationship.

They also encouraged the new couple to focus on their happiness and continue building their union.

Mercy Makini Addresses Separation From Activist Kebaso

The reactions come against the backdrop of the highly publicised fallout between Morara and Mercy, which has previously played out on social media for the last two weeks.

Mercy previously said she had chosen to keep their separation private after ending the relationship. However, she later responded publicly after Morara addressed their family situation online.

She said she had kept the matter off social media for six months out of respect for everyone involved.

Mercy also accused Morara of portraying himself as the victim and questioned his decision to mention their children while discussing their separation.
