Geoffrey Mosiria breaks the silence after being transitioned from his previous position as Nairobi Chief Environment Officer after the latest Nairobi county leadership shake-up.

In a statement posted on his official Facebook account, Mosiria said people who kneel before God can conquer anything.

He wished his audiences and fans a day full of blessings and prosperity in their daily chores.

“Those who Kneel Before God can Stand before Any Man,” Mosiria wrote.

“Wishing you all a Blessed and Victorious day ahead. Keep Shining,” he added.

Sakaja Announces Shifting Mosiria to Another Role

On November 18, 2025, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja reshuffled his county cabinet as he made some key changes.

Mosiria was the Nairobi County Chief of Environment before being changed to be in charge of Citizen Engagement and Customer Service.

“In accordance with Section 45(5) of the County Government Act 2012, the following County Chief Officers have been re-assigned. The changes take effect immediately,” Sakaja said in the memo referenced as changes in the county executive.

What Mosiria Was Doing Before the County Government Reshuffle

He was the Chief Officer for Environment in Nairobi County.

The former Environment boss has been brilliant on matters that fell to his docket, making him known by Nairobi residents and the country at large.

Mosiria conducted raids on various departments and led the operations to crack down on entities and individuals violating the law.

He has been vocal in championing cleaning the Nairobi environment, including proper dumping of cabbage wastes, among others.

During his tenure in the docket, Geoffrey has rescued various street families and given hope to some lives around Nairobi.

In most cases, he has done his work while recording the episodes on his official social media accounts, like TikTok and Facebook.

What Mosiria is Expected of Under the New Role

Citizen Engagement is when the general population participates in making decisions that affect daily lives and communities.

This could be anything from voting in elections to sharing ideas about new laws or projects in town.

Being in charge of Citizen Engagement and Customer Service, Mosiria is expected to oversee the engagement of the Nairobi residents with their leaders for timely resolutions and policy making.
