Fear Grips Ruiru as Man Narrates Escape From Alleged Attacker Accused of Biting People

A man narrates how he escaped an individual accused of allegedly attacking people and biting them at night in Ruiru, Kiambu County.
According to the man, the incident took place while he was walking when he noticed a stranger following him and tried to bite him.
The man says that when the alleged attacker saw him smoking bhang, he fled from the scene, but he says he has marked his face and what he looked like.
He claims that he could not catch the attacker because even the police have tried, but they did not manage to catch him, so he just looked at him as he ran away from the scene.
Reports Of The Attacker
This incident comes amid reports from residents of Ruiru who claim some residents have allegedly been attacked and bitten by an unidentified individual during the night.
However, authorities have not yet confirmed the identity of the suspect or issued an official statement regarding the arrest of such a suspect.

Ruiru residents say they are living in utmost fear after multiple people have been attacked and bitten by the attacker at night while going about their businesses.
A Man from Ruiru has explained how the attacker could be a cannibal because of biting people, saying that when he bites, no blood comes out.
Residents In Fear
He explains how they are now living in fear of being attacked and bitten by the attacker, who has been described as tall and bites severely, leaving people of Ruiru with wounds to nurse.

Additionally, people of Ruiru are calling on the government to help track the suspect for their own safety because they do not feel safe.
On the same note, they are wondering whether it is normal for a person to be running around at night biting people because to them it is a new occurrence and they fear for their safety unless the attacker is caught.
