Fortis Towers Space With Terrace and Parking Slots Listed for Ksh95 Million

A commercial property at Fortis Towers on Woodvale Grove in Westlands, Nairobi, has been put up for sale at an asking price of Ksh95 million.

In an advertisement notice dated September 29, the property, which is being marketed by HFCB, comprises commercial space on one floor and is currently vacant.

The advertised space measures 7,940 square feet and includes office space and a terrace, with two parking slots.

Fortis Towers Property Listed for Ksh95 Million

According to the advert, the property is held under a leasehold interest for a term of 99 years, effective from June 1, 2003.

The entire plot is indicated to measure approximately 0.6637 acres.

Although the asking price for the property is Ksh95 million, the advertisement notes that the price is negotiable.

Additionally, the property has an expected rental income of Ksh1.2 million exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and service charge.

“Title is held on a leasehold interest for a term of 99 years affective 1 June 2003 .Entire plot measures approximately 0.6637 acres .Expected Rental income of Kes. 1,200,000.00 exclusive of VAT & Service Charge .Asking price-Kes. 95,000,000.00 (negotiable),” read part of the advert.

HFCB noted that the space is currently vacant, allowing a potential buyer to lease it out after completing the purchase, subject to the applicable terms and arrangements.

HFCB is listed as the selling agent for the Fortis Towers property.
