Students seeking financial support for their continuing studies can now apply for subsequent Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) loans through loan app after the board opened the application window for continuing learners for the academic year 2026/2027.
However, before beginning the application process, HELB has advised students to first update their details on the HELB Portal to ensure their records are current and accurate.
According to the board, applicants must update their academic, residence, and guarantor details through the HELB Portal before proceeding with a subsequent loan application.
This helps to facilitate fast and smooth processing of loan requests.
