KRA Staff Pension Scheme Announces New Jobs in Administration, ICT and Procurement

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Staff Pension Scheme has announced four career opportunities for qualified and experienced Kenyans seeking employment.
The pension scheme is looking for results-oriented, self-driven, dynamic, and experienced individuals with high integrity to fill positions in administration, ICT, pensions, and procurement.
“The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Staff Pension Scheme is seeking to recruit results-oriented, self-driven, dynamic, and experienced persons with high integrity,” the advert stated.
KRA Staff Pension Scheme Opens Four Vacancies
The scheme has opened four positions across different departments. The available jobs are:
- Administrative Assistant – Vacancy No. AA/P/7/26 (1 post)
- ICT System Administrator and Support Officer – Vacancy No. ICT/P/7/26 (1 post)
- Pension Officer – Administration – Vacancy No. POA/P/7/26 (1 post)
- Procurement Officer – Vacancy No. PO/P/7/26 (1 post)
KRA Staff Pension Scheme has provided detailed job descriptions, requirements and specifications on the KRA website. Interested candidates should visit https://www.kra.go.ke/careers and submit their applications online through the KRA e-recruitment portal by August 10, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
KRA Warns Applicants Against False Information
The pension scheme has warned applicants against providing incorrect information during the recruitment process.
It stated that including false details in applications or presenting fake certificates and documents is a criminal offence.
Additionally, KRA Staff Pension Scheme said it will automatically disqualify candidates who engage in canvassing, falsification or misrepresentation of qualifications.
“Only shortlisted and successful applicants will be contacted,” the scheme said.
The scheme has also confirmed that it does not charge any application, processing, interviewing or recruitment fee at any stage.
Furthermore, KRA Staff Pension Scheme has encouraged persons with disabilities, marginalized groups and minorities to apply, saying it promotes equal employment opportunities for all qualified candidates.

Successful Candidates Must Submit Clearance Certificates
Candidates who secure the positions will need to provide clearance documents required under Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 as follows:
- A valid certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
- A valid clearance certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
- A valid tax compliance certificate from KRA.
- A current report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
How to Apply
Applicants must first register on the KRA e-recruitment portal before submitting their applications.
Interested candidates should visit the official KRA careers page at https://www.kra.go.ke/careers to access the detailed job descriptions, requirements, and application guidelines.
To register, candidates should:
- Visit https://erecruitment.kra.go.ke/login and click the “Register” button.
- Use a personal or private email address instead of a work email address.
- Confirm their email address through the link sent after registration to complete the process.
After registration, applicants should log in using their username and password to access the Applicant Cockpit.
Applicants should update their details through the Candidate Profile section by following these steps:
- Click “My Profile” to create or update personal information.
- Attach required documents in PDF format.
- Follow the instructions to complete the profile.
- Click the “Overview and Release” tab.
- Select the checkbox on the page to complete the profile.

Steps to Submit Job Application
After completing their profiles, applicants should follow these steps:
- Open the “Employment Opportunities” tab on the Applicant Cockpit.
- Under “Job Search”, click the “Start” button to view available vacancies.
- Select the preferred job posting to view the position details.
- Click the “Apply” button at the top of the page.
- Complete all mandatory fields and follow the instructions provided.
- Review and accept the Data Privacy Statement.
- Click “Send Application Now” to submit the application.
